Bug Reports
Found something that doesn't work right? Help us fix it by sending a bug report.
When reporting a bug, please include:
- Your device model and operating system version
- The Kaho app version (found in Profile > About Kaho)
- A description of the issue and steps to reproduce it
- Screenshots, if applicable

Account & Data Deletion
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: In-App
- Open Kaho and navigate to Profile
- Go to Account Details
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
Option 2: Email
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the phone number or email associated with your account.
What Gets Deleted
Upon account deletion, all personal data associated with your account is permanently removed — including your profile, conversations, journal entries, mood logs, and any other data stored within Kaho.
What Cannot Be Deleted
Anonymized, de-identified data that has already been processed for service improvement cannot be deleted, as it can no longer be linked to your identity. This data contains no personally identifiable information.

Is Kaho a replacement for therapy?
No. Kaho is an AI companion for emotional support and self-reflection. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you need professional help, please consult a licensed therapist or counselor.
Is my data shared with anyone?
No. We do not sell or share your personal data with any third party. Your conversations are encrypted and private. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What should I do in a crisis?
Kaho is not designed for crisis intervention. If you are in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services (112 in India) or reach out to a crisis helpline such as iCall (9152987821) or Vandrevala Foundation (1860-2662-345).
